Recipe n°1 will be for those who are beginning to have cellulite or small fatty deposits, with thin skin, and who need a little firming.

My favorite tool is the exfoliating glove: I do it every day but when I do it, I don’t just do it to exfoliate my skin, I do it to stimulate my skin. So, whether you’re in the bath or the shower, you can do quite a bit of rubbing until the skin turns slightly pink.
It will allow the microcirculation in your skin to be stimulated then when you apply your products immediately after, the absorption will be immediate and much more effective.
So: exfoliate, stimulate, and apply products. For the application of the products like goat milk soap, it is always suggested to do it in an upward movement, from the bottom upwards by making massage maneuvers, rather in touches, by putting a little pressure and not in movements circular, really to drain properly.
